Make Over Party Kit | DESIGN IS YAY!

Makeover parties are really fun. If you have sisters, it would be a fun activity to do together with your mom on Mother’s day! Even if you don’t have sisters like myself, a party or two of you and your mom could also be fun. Bring out your favourite makeup tools, have your mom bring over her favourites, and the two of you could have a blast trying on each other’s fave products! You might discover that your mom’s favourite shade of lipstick looks really nice on you, and vice versa.

This Makeover Party kit includes a postcard-size invitation card with detail card to stick at the back, product list card and of course makeup themed buntings. Because it’s not a party before the buntings are up.

Just in case you don’t know, other than design and stationery, makeups are also my passion. I’ve always wanted to go to beauty school, but for some reason it never happened. I watch a lot of beauty gurus on YouTube, love chatting with my friends about about makeups, and I’m more excited to be in a makeup stores like Sephora than craft or art supplies shops. Featured in the images here are makeup products that I own and love.

Foundation – Chanel Vitalumiere Aquav | Loose Powder – Chanel Poudre Universelle Libre | Concealer – NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer | Bronzer and Blush duo – NARS Orgasm & Laguna | Highlight – NARS Multiple stick in Copacabana | Eyes – Makeup Forever Refill Artist Shadows | Lips – Tomford Lip Color in True Coral (when I’m feeling bold) and Chanel Rouge Allure number 90 Pimpante (for a more natural peachy look) | Mirror – Anna Sui hand mirror | Brushes from Sigma and Real Techniques
